『asobi sake ceramics』は、神楽坂「ふしきの」店主・宮下祐輔の日本酒サービスのメソドロジーを反映し、世界中の誰もが、最も美味しく日本酒を楽しめることを目的に開発されました。器は、サイズや形状、口造りの厚さや角度などが緻密に計算され、熟練した有田焼の職人の協力のもと、有田焼の原点である美しい白磁で形づくられています。3種類の酒器ごとに甘味や酸味の感じ方が変化し、冷酒だけでなく、お燗も美味しく飲むことができます。日本酒の特徴や、和洋問わず様々なお料理に合わせて、お楽しみください。


Asobi Sake Ceramics reflects the methodology of Yusuke Miyashita, sake expert at Fushikino, with the goal of providing specially designed ceramics to everyone around the world, so they can enhance their sake experience. We work closely with Arita-Yaki craftsmen from the island of Kyushu where Japanese artists have been making high-quality white porcelain dating back to the 16th century. Our ceramics use precise calculations in areas of size, shape, thickness, and lip angle to enhance the sake experience. While each cup is designed for a particular style of sake, they all compliment warmed and chilled sake and can be used with both Japanese and Western foods.

日本酒の持つ酸味を楽しむことができます。飲み終わった後の余韻が長く、ドライな後口で、3客のうち、最もすっきりとした味わいに感じられます。

Yusuke has provided sake and food pairings to over 10,000 customers at Fushikino, where he has built a unique and original theory about sake service. As a Japanese sake ambassador, he is invited to lecture on many topics related to sake, including styles, service, and ceramics. He holds seminars in his native country of Japan and abroad.

世界で初めての、会席料理と日本酒ペアリングの専門店兼ギャラリー。料理ごとに、酒の温度の緩急をつけ、それらの日本酒を現代陶芸家の作品や骨董の酒器で提供し、料理・日本酒・器が三位一体となった日本酒の総合芸術を演出する。2011年のオープン翌年以来、9年連続でミシュランガイドにてひとつ星を獲得。


Fushikino
The first restaurant in the world to pair kaiseki courses with sake and tie food, sake, and art into a holistic experience. The course meal follows the traditional flow of kaiseki with food and sake building in flavors. During each sake service cups are matched to with sake to enhance the sake experience and guests are treated to a mix of contemporary artisan ceramics and antique earthenware that can date back a century, all of which can be viewed in a small gallery within the restaurant. The goal at Fushikino is to provide a complete experience where food, sake and art are in harmony with one another. Fushikino has received Michelin stars for 9 consecutive years.
